MAIYUN.NET is the developer of the Zuny product and independently owns the Zuny product copyright under the law. The website for MAIYUN.NET is http://www.maiyun.net. Whether for personal or organizational use, for profit or not, or for learning and research purposes, users must carefully read and understand this agreement, agree to all the terms, and comply with this agreement before starting to use the Zuny software.

This license agreement applies only to all versions of Zuny, and MAIYUN.NET has the final interpretation of this license agreement.

I. License Rights Granted

Based on fully complying with this agreement, the trial version of this software can be used for non-commercial purposes without paying the software license fee. Other versions require purchasing the corresponding software license before use and can be used for commercial purposes.
You may modify the Zuny source code (provided portion) or interface style to meet your website requirements within the limits specified in this agreement.
You own all membership information, files, and related information in the system built using this software and independently assume the legal obligations related to the content.
After obtaining the non-trial version license for this software, you may use this software for commercial purposes, and according to the value-added service term, service method, and service content determined in the purchased license type, you will have the right to receive designated value-added services within the service term from the time of purchase. Commercial license users have the right to reflect and propose opinions, and relevant opinions will be given top priority, but there is no promise or guarantee that they will necessarily be adopted.

II. Limitations on Agreement Provisions

Before obtaining the commercial license, you may not use this software for commercial purposes (including but not limited to situations where profit goals are directly or indirectly achieved). Please visit https://www.maiyun.net for relevant instructions on purchasing commercial licenses.
You may not sublease, resell, mortgage or grant sub-licenses for this software or any associated licenses.
Regardless of the purpose, modification or beautification, and the extent of modification, as long as the whole or any part of Zuny is used, the Zuny name and the link to the developer's website (https://www.maiyun.net) in the footer of the page must be retained and cannot be cleared or modified without written permission.
It is prohibited to develop any derivative, modified, or third-party versions for redistribution based on the whole or any part of Zuny.
If you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement, your license will be terminated, your licensed rights will be revoked, and you will assume corresponding legal responsibilities.

III. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

The software and accompanying files are provided without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The user voluntarily uses this software and must understand the risks involved. We do not promise any technical support or guarantee of use until products and value-added services have been purchased, and we do not assume any responsibility for any problems caused by the use of this software.
MAIYUN.NET is not responsible for the content, files, programs, or information in systems built using this software.

MAIYUN.NET reserves the right to modify the licensing agreement and related pricing without prior notice, and the modified agreement or pricing will be effective for new licensed users from the date of the change.

The electronic text form of the licensing agreement has the same legal effect as a written agreement signed by both parties. Once you begin using Zuny, you are deemed to fully understand and accept all the terms of this agreement, and are subject to the relevant restrictions while enjoying the rights granted by this agreement. Any actions outside the scope of the agreement license will directly violate this licensing agreement and constitute infringement. We reserve the right to terminate the license, demand cessation of infringement, and retain the right to pursue relevant responsibilities at any time.
