Letter of Apology
Hello partner! Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. We apologize that some of our products require payment to use! The following Q&A excerpts are from questions raised by some of our partners.
Why do products need to be charged or have ads added?
Product development requires time and effort, and the salaries of technical personnel and the operating costs of projects are also very high. Only when the income exceeds the cost can the project become more sustainable. Our current revenue streams mainly come from selling products, selling ads, or charging for personalized customization of products. If you feel uncomfortable due to the fees or ads, you can let us know through the 'I Feel Bad' section at the bottom of the page at any time. We are more than happy to listen to any of your negative feedback and find solutions. We apologize for the ads and fees.
Custom development fees can be understood, but why do you still charge for already developed products?
Although finished products do not require further investment, there are still costs incurred during the development process, as well as subsequent promotion, operation, and personnel salaries and bonuses. We still need to pursue profits, but we will try our best not to bring any negative experiences to everyone. Therefore, we cannot make all finished products free of charge for the time being. We apologize for this.
Many software applications earn enough traffic by using free versions, embedding ads, or other methods of monetization. Why don't you use this?
Indeed, under the premise of balancing user experience and revenue, we cannot adopt this approach for all products. Too many ads will cause resentment, while too few cannot cover costs. Moreover, our traffic is currently insufficient to meet the requirements, and our funds are not enough to sustain the traffic we need. We apologize for this!
Can I use your cracked or pirated software?
Reposting and using materials require authorization, while creating derivative works requires purchasing copyrights. Traditional Chinese clothing and uniforms are also subject to regulation. This is an affirmation and encouragement to creators, and may also be a source of income for them. Anyone can become a creator, and we are very grateful for your support of legitimate content. With everyone's joint efforts and support, every industry can flourish. Our company also requires the use of fully licensed software and materials. We also hope that you can support legitimate content and use licensed materials. Thank you!
What does it mean to be genuine?
Meeting the requirements of the creators is considered genuine. For example, if you use a commercial photo and the creator indicates that a fee of 5 yuan is required for commercial use, if you don't pay, it is considered pirated use, while paying is considered genuine use. If the creator indicates that the photo can be used commercially without authorization, then your use is considered genuine. This is the same for software. As long as you purchase the authorization according to our requirements, it is considered genuine usage.
